Passive fire protection services
Four hands-on services and one audit. All of it aimed at the same thing — keeping fire on the floor where it started.

What each service actually covers.
Four ways we stop fire moving through a building, plus one independent check on work that is already in. Every one has its own page with the site detail, not a sales paragraph.

Most buildings need three or four of these, not one. This is the short version of how we decide on site.
| If the opening is… | We normally use | Because |
|---|---|---|
| A large cable or pipe shaft, floor to floor | Fire stop mortar over rebar and mesh | It is structural in size and will not be re-opened often |
| A cable tray that gets changed every year | Fire safety pillows | They lift out and go back, so the seal survives the next cable pull |
| A joint that moves — wall to slab, expansion joint | Fire retardant sealant | It stretches with the building instead of cracking |
| A single small pipe or conduit | Sealant, wrap or collar | A full mortar seal is overkill and harder to re-enter |
| Exposed structural steel or a GI duct | Intumescent coating | Nothing is passing through — the steel itself needs the time |
| Work someone else already did | Passive fire audit | You need to know what is really behind the ceiling before you spend anything |
Scroll the table sideways on a phone.

Not sure which of these your building needs?
Send us the building type and the floor count. We will tell you what usually applies — and what does not, so you are not paying for a service you do not need.
