Passive fire protection
is the whole business.
No alarms, no sprinklers, no general contracting. One trade, done properly, in buildings that cannot stop working while we do it.

IV
We do one thing.
All of it.
Simfy Firesys is a passive fire protection contractor in Hyderabad. Not a general MEP firm with a fire division — this is the whole business. Shaft closing, coatings, sealants, cable barriers, and independent audits of work already in the ground.
The reason for specialising is simple. Passive fire work is judged on details nobody can see after handover: whether the wool was packed tight, whether the coating hit its thickness, whether the seal was photographed before the ceiling closed. A team that does this every day gets those right. A team doing it between other trades usually does not.
We work only with products that carry recognised certification — UL listed Armacell fire stop systems and CBRI certified Ameetuff mortar and intumescent products — so what goes in can be traced back to a tested system rather than a promise.

Four things we will not move on.
These are not slogans. They are the four places passive fire work usually goes wrong, and the reason we are strict about each one.
When we are not the right people.
It is worth saying out loud, because the wrong project for us is an expensive one for you.
- A multi-floor building with shafts, risers and a lot of service penetrations
- A building that is finished and occupied and cannot close to be fixed
- A handover or licence date you have to hit with documentation
- An insurer, hospital accreditor or authority asking for evidence
- Work already installed that you have no records for
- A site anywhere in South India where the work can be blocked into one mobilisation
- Three penetrations on one floor — call us and we will tell you what to check yourself
- Alarms, sprinklers or hydrants — that is active fire protection, a different trade
- A certificate without the work behind it — we do not do that
- Lowest price as the only criterion — the way to be cheapest here is to apply less material
The building does not
have to stop.
This is the part most people assume is impossible, and it is the reason most passive fire work never gets done. The building is finished. It is occupied. Nobody wants to shut a floor to fix something they cannot see.
You do not have to. Passive fire work happens in the riser, above the ceiling and around the door frame — all places we can reach in the hours you are willing to give us. We have done it in occupied wards, trading hotels, live server rooms and offices full of staff, and on sites where three other trades were still working.
Based in Hyderabad.
Working across South India.
Our team and our store are in Madhapur, Hyderabad. From there we travel — and for anything outside the city we plan the work in blocks so the mobilisation is worth the journey, for you and for us. No local offices, no local stock. We say that plainly rather than claiming branches we do not have.
Working outside South India? Call and we will tell you honestly whether we can staff it properly, or whether you are better served by someone closer.
